ROOT LABS 10-in-1 Alpha Shilajit Gummies

Most orders leave our Sydney warehouse within one business day after payment clears. Orders placed before 1 pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday, are generally dispatched the same day.

After dispatch, Australian standard delivery is estimated at 2–5 business days and express delivery at 1–3 business days. Regional and remote areas may take longer. We’ll email your tracking details when your parcel is dispatched. See our Shipping Policy for international estimates and full details.

For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Products must be unused and unopened, in their original, undamaged packaging, with proof of purchase. Please contact us for return instructions before posting anything back.

These conditions do not apply to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products and do not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. See our Refunds & Returns policy for full details.

If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. Due to our fast processing times, changes to your order, shipping address, or selected products cannot always be guaranteed once an order has been placed.
