Bodytonix ships orders from our Sydney warehouse using Australia Post and selected international delivery partners. Orders are securely packed to help protect your products during transit.

All product prices and shipping charges are displayed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Order Processing and Dispatch

Most orders are dispatched within one business day after payment has been received and cleared.

Orders placed before 1:00 pm Sydney time, Monday to Friday, will generally be dispatched on the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm, on weekends or on public holidays will generally be dispatched on the following business day.

During major sales, promotional periods or unusually high order volumes, dispatch may take slightly longer. We will contact you if a significant delay affects your order.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Free Shipping Within Australia

Free shipping is available on Australian orders valued at $150 or more, after discounts have been applied.

Free shipping applies to Australian delivery addresses only and does not apply to international orders.

Delivery times begin from the date your parcel is dispatched, not the date the order is placed.

International delivery estimates exclude customs processing and may be affected by customs inspections, regional delivery conditions, local service disruptions and circumstances outside the carrier’s control.

Customers are responsible for confirming that products can legally be imported into their destination country. Any customs duties, import taxes or government charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Optional Shipping Protection

Optional Shipping Protection is available at checkout for a flat fee of $2.95.

Shipping Protection provides additional assistance where an eligible parcel is confirmed as lost or damaged during transit. Where required, Bodytonix will lodge an enquiry or claim with the delivery carrier and keep you informed throughout the process.

Shipping Protection does not replace or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Even where Shipping Protection has not been purchased, please contact us if your parcel is lost or arrives damaged. We will investigate the matter and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with applicable consumer law and the carrier’s claims process. Consumer guarantees and other rights under Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded by a store policy.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

Occasional delivery delays may occur after an order has been dispatched.

Before contacting us, please:

• Review the latest tracking updates
  
• Check around the delivery location
  
• Ask other members of your household
  
• Check with neighbours, reception or building management
  
• Look for a collection card or notification from Australia Post
  

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, contact us at admin@bodytonix.com.au and include your order number. We will assist with the delivery enquiry.

Parcels Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to complete the checks listed above before lodging an investigation with Australia Post or the relevant delivery carrier.

The carrier’s investigation may consider tracking information, delivery scans, safe-drop details, photographs and other available delivery evidence.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and provide:

• Your order number
  
• Clear photographs of the damaged product
  
• Photographs of the outer packaging
  
• Photographs of the shipping label
  

Please retain the damaged product and packaging while the matter is being reviewed, as the carrier may request further information or inspection.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Depending on the circumstances, customers may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy where consumer guarantees are not met.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please carefully review your delivery address before completing checkout.

Because we process orders quickly, there may only be a short period in which an address can be changed. Contact admin@bodytonix.com.au immediately if you notice an error. We will try to update the address before dispatch, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has commenced.

Bodytonix is not responsible for additional delivery costs arising from an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, an undeliverable address, failure to collect the parcel or refusal of delivery, the customer may be required to pay:

• The carrier’s return-to-sender charge, up to $20 where applicable
  
• The cost of sending the order again
  

These charges will not apply where the address or delivery error was caused by Bodytonix.

We will contact you after the parcel has returned to our warehouse to arrange redelivery or another appropriate resolution.

Returned International Orders

International orders may be returned because of:

• An incorrect or incomplete address
  
• Failure to collect the parcel
  
• Refusal of delivery
  
• Failure to pay applicable duties or taxes
  
• Customs or import restrictions
  

Where the return was not caused by an error by Bodytonix, any refund may be reduced by the original shipping cost, return shipping charges, customs charges or other reasonable costs incurred.

Products must be returned to us in a condition that allows them to be safely resold. This does not limit any rights available under applicable consumer law.

Out-of-Stock Products

Although we make every effort to maintain accurate inventory, an item may occasionally become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If this occurs, we may offer you the option to:

• Dispatch the available items immediately
  
• Wait until all items are available
  
• Select a suitable alternative
  
• Receive a refund for the unavailable item
  
• Cancel the affected order for a full refund
  

We will contact you as soon as reasonably possible to discuss the available options.

Bodytonix may cancel or decline an order where an item is unavailable, a material pricing or listing error has occurred, payment cannot be verified, fraud is reasonably suspected, or the order cannot legally or safely be delivered.

Any applicable refund will be returned to the original payment method.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this Shipping and Delivery Policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
