Welcome to Bodytonix Pty Ltd (“Bodytonix”, “we”, “our” or “us”). These Terms & Conditions apply when you access or use www.bodytonix.com.au or purchase products from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.

You must use our website lawfully and must not interfere with its operation, security or availability, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use the website in a way that infringes the rights of another person.

You are responsible for ensuring that information supplied when placing an order is accurate and complete.

Products and Availability

We take reasonable care to present product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurately. Colours and packaging may appear differently depending on your device or may change when a manufacturer updates a product.

Product availability can change without notice. We may limit purchase quantities where reasonably necessary, including where stock is limited, a promotion has specific limits or we reasonably suspect unauthorised resale or fraudulent activity.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices, promotions and availability may change before an order is accepted. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where there is an obvious pricing or listing error and we contact you to arrange a refund or another agreed resolution.

Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An order is accepted when we confirm that it has been processed for fulfilment.

We may decline or cancel an order where:

• Payment cannot be authorised or verified.
• A product is unavailable.
• A material pricing or listing error has occurred.
• We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised resale.
• The order cannot legally or safely be supplied or delivered.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will notify you and refund the affected amount to the original payment method.

Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment information is processed by authorised payment providers, and Bodytonix does not store your full card details on its own servers.

You must ensure that you are authorised to use the payment method selected for your order.

Promotions and Discount Codes

Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate conditions, including eligibility, minimum spend, product exclusions, usage limits and expiry dates.

Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively to a completed order.

Shipping and Delivery

Dispatch information, shipping charges, delivery estimates and international delivery conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies that may apply where an order is not supplied within an agreed or reasonable time.

Responsibility for the products passes to you when they are delivered to the nominated delivery address, subject to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law and our Shipping Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Our change of mind return conditions and the process for faulty, damaged or incorrect products are set out in our Refunds & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our policies excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund, cancellation or compensation where a consumer guarantee is not met. For a major failure, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement and to compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
