Change of Mind Returns

We offer a 14-day change of mind return policy, beginning from the date your order is marked as delivered by Australia Post tracking.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused and unopened.
• Be in its original, undamaged packaging.
• Be in a condition suitable for resale.
  

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed promptly to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist.

Eligible faulty or defective products will receive a full refund, including any applicable shipping costs, or a replacement where appropriate.

Exchanges

If you have received a faulty or damaged product and require an exchange, please contact us before returning your item.

To arrange an exchange, email admin@bodytonix.com.au with your order number and details of the issue. Our team will guide you through the process.

All returned items must first be inspected before a replacement or refund can be approved.
